DHD Directory provides an open-source online local directory for university communities. We are an intermediary platform and are not a party to any transactions between users. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use our platform.
You are solely responsible for the content you post ("User Content"). You agree not to post items or services that are illegal, infringe on intellectual property, or violate our community guidelines. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to remove any listings or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DHD DIRECTORY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICES, OR (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DHD Directory and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Service, your violation of any term of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any third-party right.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
